Grief Peer Support Group Application
For families in need of additional support for a child, between the ages of 3 and 25, who has experienced the death of a loved one, we offer peer support groups, that meet bi-monthly. If you would like to enroll in this program, please follow these steps:

Once we've received your completed Family Intake Questionnaire, we will call you to schedule your family intake. All intakes are by appointment only. During your intake, your family will:
- Tour the Erin's House facility
- Receive the principles and guidelines of Erin's House
- "Walk through" a typical program night
- Meet your Program Director
- Receive a calendar of your regular program nights
